TelcoSignal (by PryvX)

1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to TelcoSignal, a product operated by PryvX. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
TelcoSignal provides:
- APIs for telecom-derived fraud and verification signals
- Developer tools and documentation
- Secure infrastructure for regulated use cases
Services are provided only for lawful risk, fraud, and compliance purposes.
3. Eligibility
You confirm that:
- You are a legally registered entity
- You operate in compliance with applicable laws
- You are authorized to use telecom-derived risk signals
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Obtain required user consents
- Use the Services lawfully and proportionately
- Secure API credentials
- Not misuse or repurpose signals outside permitted use cases
5. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Attempt to access telecom content data
- Use signals for surveillance or marketing
- Reverse engineer or resell APIs
- Circumvent security controls
6. API Access & Availability
- APIs are subject to usage limits
- Services are provided on an as-available basis
- PryvX may update or improve APIs over time
7. Fees
Fees and billing terms are governed by your commercial agreement with PryvX.
8. Intellectual Property
- PryvX retains all rights to TelcoSignal and its APIs
- No rights are transferred except as expressly stated
9. Data Protection
- PryvX acts as a data processor
- Customers remain data controllers
- Additional data protection agreements may apply
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- PryvX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
11. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Security concerns
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, with courts in Sweden having jurisdiction.
